Sarvaksh India Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Sarvaksh India, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your Rudraksha jewelry, you may return or exchange it within one day of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  2. Condition: The jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and without any damage. All original tags, packaging, and certificates of authenticity must be included.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Valid Reasons for Return & Exchange

  • Wrong Item: If you received an incorrect product.
  • Damage or Broken: If the item arrives damaged or broken.
  • Not Liked: If the product does not meet your expectations.

Return Process

  3. Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping through our delivery partner. Once your return is authorized, we will arrange for our delivery partner to pick up the item from your address at no cost to you.

Exchange Process

  • If you wish to exchange the item for a different one, please specify the desired replacement during the return initiation. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the original item.

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
